The foundation of any structure must be properly laid before the inception, design, creation, or construction can begin; thus, I lay the foundation for the House of Joanna by praying that the Lord God Almighty; who is the God of Israel, would provide, protect, and ensure the safety of the House of Joanna. In addition to this, protection for the worthy souls that will reside within it's confines; including but not limited to, the builders, the servants, it's guests and owner, and it's actual construction. I pray for all of this to be so, in the name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth, Almighty God. The primary purpose of the House of Joanna is to glorify the Lord God of Israel and to provide the most safe and secure environment that money and technology can furnish to it's guests, occupants, and owner. It's secondary purpose will be to provide abundant and redundant provisions of food, water, supplies, and comfort, for the utmost in refreshment to all who visit or live in this wonderful abode. Thirdly, the House of Joanna shall be so esthetically pleasing both internally and externally, that the fashion of it should move the hearts and souls of all those who are her blessed enough to transverse her sphere; even to those who build it or happen to even gaze upon it. May our hearts be warmed and filled with joy, and may we give all the glory to His Majesty, God Almighty; The Lord of Hosts. 1.  The Openning prayer for God's blessing; in Jesus name

2.  The acquistion of the 60 acre land in clear title deed, along with the purchase

     of mineral rights through legal means and public delcaration.

3.  Building permits, taxes, and all city or county requirements be paid in advance.

4.  Establish land markers for property boundary and wall, using flagged stakes.

5.  The construction of the builders site, including sleeping quarters, office, and

     equipment and materials staging/storage area; Electricity, water and sewer will

     be temporarily routed to construction zone, and metered there. Note: this site

     will be on the far eastern side of the grounds. And inside the confines of the

     legally established property, connected to a road which leads to the main road.

     If no such road exists, build one or find property which would avail itself to

     one. Also, outside security officers will be employed from the very moment of

     acquisition, and following their inspection of the grounds and security sweep

     of the premises, they will have rotationg shifts and temporary mobile home

     quarters and will be on duty 24 hours a day indefinitely. (Order of delivery for

     all building materials and supplies and all other needed materials will be

     brought in as needed into the staging area as for each phase of construction. i.e.

     cement making equipment dump trucks, mixers etc.)

6.   Install mobile home for security quarters, build/erect sculptured towers,

      elevator system and underground passage for entrance into towers followed by

      the clearing of non planned trees and other obstructive items. Followed by

      outer perimeter stone wall construction. The only opennings will be front

     entrance and east side construction area***and front guest entrance area.

THE LOCATION:

With exception of, and or depending upon the desire of the owner, and person who will provide the money to furnish this great estate, I highly recommend the House of Joanna be built in the piney country side of Washington State, Tennessee, or Virginia. Any of the New England States, Colorado or Wyoming would also serve as a suitable location for this house of comfort and security. Other world locations would also be suitable as long as they have access to running water provided by a municipality or co-op. If other locations are desirable other than one which provides a natural settings for trees, the cost of bringing in a large number of fully grown trees would be enormous. It is highly recommendable that the House of Joanna not be constructed in any desert area, neither north or south poles, frozen tundra, mountain top regions or near fault lines.

 

THE LAND:

 

The land mass shall be 60 acres in size; which shall be Square in dimension (Length of Runway notwithstanding). The perimeter of the estate will be surrounded by 2 12 foot high brick/mortar constructed wall similar to the design of the  great wall of china. There shall be 3rd middle fence inbetween the inner and outer brick/mortar wall, which shall be of prison grade chain link fence, complete  with razor edges at the top. The middle tier fence will be electrified with enough wattage and amperage to discourage any would be intruder. Surrounding the 12 foot high outer and inner walls (on the inside) (located on property) will be subterrainal devices to thwart any civil or military style incursion.  The view from the house of Joanna shall be that of looking upon the inner wall as the only wall there is. The view from house (upstairs) would enable the vistor to see both walls of security, but not the lower electrified fence.

 

THE LAND:

 

So from the outside of the grounds a person could only see a 12 foot high brick/mortar wall, and from inside the grounds, a person could only see a 12 foot high brick/mortar fence, but no one should be able to view the 6 foot high prison style electrified fence that's sandwiched inbetween the two walls; nor should anyone know or see any of the subterrainal devices intended to discourage any would be intruders, be they civil or military. The width of the two 12 foot high brick/mortar walls should be 3 feet, and the distance between all three walls/fences/barriers, should be 13 feet. In-between the two large Stone walls will be the 1 independent prison style fence which will be electrically charged with just enough voltage and amperage to discourage man or beast, but not to kill. The subterrainal devices should also be of such in nature as not to kill, but to discourage (Bear traps etc.). Trees which are found inside the grounds area will all be cleared, with the exception of the permanent landscaped ones, which will be decided by the owner. And the grass will be of the finest golf course grade; sculptured.

 

PRELUDE TO CONSTRUCTION ON THE GROUNDS:

 

The front of the house stake markers shall be located approximately 50 yards from front wall entrance. Which includes the water supply, the power supply, the underground foundation works, the underground storm shelters and secret passage ways, all shall be constructed first. The idea is to install these functional passage ways before the construction of the house begins, so that it's not known by many people; which also means, the majority of the grounds work must be built and completed before construction of the House of Joanna, then the new house crew would be introduced. The driveways, access roads, runways, and all exterior roads, pathways, fences/walls, and hidden things, must be complete before house construction begins. This should allow transport by air and ground crews a more stable work environment and secure atmosphere. Also, there shall be an underground sprinkler system to water the estate 100 yards in every direction from the house, sprinkler heads are to be hidden and retractable.

 

RUNWAY-AIRPORT DIMENSIONS

ESTATE FIRE SUPPRESSION REQUIREMENTS AND PERSONNEL:

 

The chief goal for the redundancies and thorough-ness in construction and materials for the HOJ is so that there is little chance of problems, tradegy, or fires.

No emergency, problem, or crisis will go un-dealt with. However, to ensure the saftey of the occupants and well being of the visitors, there must be installed the professional services of Security officers, Fireman/Paramedics, aircraft maintainence workers and grounds keepers. There must also be construction of a runway, (below ground hanger) and above ground aircraft parking (short term). There will also be a need to house the fireman, their equipment, the aircraft maintainence crews and ground keepers as well; all to be overseen by the security officers.  The runway length shall not exceed 6000 feet long and 30 feet across and 3 feet deep. Barrier net devices will be at either end of the runway, strobe lights, taxiway lights and runway lights will be connected to the outside security officers tower. A small multipurpose crash rescue fire truck will be located inside aircraft parking garage for all aircraft emergencies; and a small fire engine will also be maintained there for the estate.  Four full time Firemen will be required to be on duty at all times, with a total of 12 Fireman/Paramedics, along with a small water tanker truck and fire hose pre-connects located at various points on the grounds-secretly hidden. The yearly wages for all Fireman/Paramedics and security staff shall not be below $40,000 a year. The security and ATC tower will house the claxton alarm devices, which shall sound when there is an emergency in progress or pending. Hand held radios/walkie talkies will also be employed. All fireman will be responsible for aircraft safety, including refueling, grounding, leaks, fires, hot brakes, loading and unloading of personnel, guests and their luggage and equipment. Safety, egress, and emergency procedures will be regularly review by security officers and fireman. Fire extinguishers and hydrant driven preconnected inch and a half fire hose will available to all aircraft and bldg areas, not to exceed 300 feet in length nor to exceend 100psi at the nosal tip. A small ambulance/medic unit will also be present in the Fireman's underground facility. Additional Fireman duties will be to escort taxiing aircraft to their assigned parking, using their crash rescue vehicle: with rotating beacons flashing and follow me signs on the back of the crash truck. There shall also be a large airport courtesy van available to take guests from aircraft parking to the house.

 

RUNWAY-AIRPORT DIMENSIONS AND ESTATE FIRE SUPPRESSION REQUIREMENTS AND PERSONNEL:

 

Additional Fire Dept duties also include weight lifting, drills (non invasive to guests or visitors) and 8 hour duty days. 24 hour duty shifts with 16 hours of down time. Weekends and holidays are also considered down time (no 8 hour periods of duty). The only exception would be when visitors and guests are present, or confidential functions Aircraft Parking spaces will be assigned and coordinated by security and house director: and relayed to Fire Dept personnel. There will also be

a need for a small aircraft refueling truck to fill midsize aircraft with JP4. Full time Fire Dept services will be installed as soon as security clears the way, in the early days, soon after acquisition.

 

THE GROUNDS:

 

The entire 60 acres of land shall be under the domain of the security officers and house director. Within the estate shall lie the stocked pond and runway facilities at the southern most point with the runways lying east and west 090 and 270. The two security towers will be erected first, so that they may over see all construction from beginning to end, and that even while the grounds are empty, they will provide security. They shall also provdie security from the very 1st day of purchase from their own vehicles if they have to. All security details will be armed positions, either ex-law enforcement ex-military, or first rate cracker jack individuals approved by the director of the house. At this point the temporary access roads which to the exterior of the grounds will be improved if need be, using asphalt surfacing. The access roads will stop short of the 3 tier perimeter wall and inside fence and inside wall. The design of the two security towers will such in nature as appear as a large object of art. with smoked glass on the top for surveillance and air traffic control and other security duties. there will be no ground level entrance to these towers as to give them a sculptured look of fine art, large in size; wide enough to support the internal small elevator system which will transport security personnel to and fro the top and from their underground access points. Built into the security tower will be a retractable look out ledge, allowing emergency viewing from outside the top of the tower, along with it being an egress point in case of fire.

 

THE GROUNDS:

 

There will be a box inside top of the control tower/security tower which will house a long thick rope, which will be knotted for throwing over the top of the tower onto the ground, so that emergency evacuation may be obtain in times of crisis and for drills. After the access roads are in place, and after the under ground

tunnels to the security towers are constructed, the two security/ATC towers are to be erected and man 24 hours a day indefinitely. First aid kits and fire extinguishers are to be present at all times in security towers. The layout of the grounds will consist of the 2 security towers one north and one aft by the runway/lake area. The grounds will also consist of driveways, walk ways, shrubs, grass, trees, all sculptured to be pleasing to the eye. Blue Airport lighting system will cover all outside walk ways and cement passage ways, while white hot runway lights will cover all driveway areas up to and including the parking garage entrance. The runway will have the white hot runway lights on at night at all times, and the blue taxiway lights will be in the taxiway and above ground parking areas. Trees which are not selected to remain in place will hewn down and all golf course style grass

and shurbs will be sculptured and maintained. The light standards (not blue taxiway lights) will be motion sensitive, as to follow moving objects and to provide light for them, but turn off when no motion is detected. With the exception of the space required to build the house of Joanna, the grounds should be near complete before house construction begins. That is to say, let there be a path from the staging area to the house/foundation, enough so to get equipment and men back and forth to the site, but let every other outside amenity be completed; including pools, tennis courts, gardens, etc. This will all be determined by the blue print schematic. If it pleases the owner, let there be a wooded nature reserve on both the far east and west sides of the 60 acres with the house in the center and towards the front. In addition to driveway airport lights, there shall be tall light standards which are spaced out so far as not to take away from the scenic beauty, and located in trees when permissible; other wise, the light standards along with the airport blue lights and white driveway lights will all be retractable underground during the day, and protracted at night. The security officers tower will control such times and seasons as to when the lights shall be operated.

 

THE GROUNDS:

 

All wiring, telephone lines, water lines, sewer lines, underground passage ways, secret passage ways, retractable driveway and walkway light standards will all be hidden during day light hours through means of and by means of retractable/eletrical or hydraulic devices that will store them under ground in daytime, and will through automation, protract them into service at night. The lake at the southern most end of the grounds will be clean fresh water with a manmade bottom as to retain water, and to be stocked with a variety of fish so that fishing for sport or food can be achieved. The lake should be at least 150 yards by 200 yards round or square near the southern most inner wall. Docks and walk ways shall be installed so that the lake has a variety of access points. Stocking of peacocks, deer, foul, chickens, and exotic animals are permissable, so long as there is no threat to human life. Jogging and nature trails/walkways will be 4 foot wide and smoothed asphalt in texture.  The sporting and entertain areas including: shooting  and archer's gallery, outdoor fitness area and track, the tennis and bowling areas, the pool areas, horse stables and private garden areas will be located on the western side of the estate, and the north western side of the estate. The distance separating the estate house and the runway-airport area will be approximately 250 yards to the south of the estate. Aircraft and vehicle fuel depots will be located on southeastern portion of the aircraft parking area and will be securely guarded. Gasoline, Diesel, JP4, and oils will be securely stored in this facility, with fire dept preconnects at the ready.

 

THE TEMPORARY BUILDERS QUARTERS AND PARKING:

 

The eastern part of the grounds will be the location of the staging area, the temporary mobile homes and parking for the grounds workers. All equipment, workers and materials will be located here as the focal point for all construction.

Once areas on the grounds have been complete, security will enforce a no access

law unless otherwise needed. All metering devices for eletrical/water/porta potties

will begin and end here; until final connection is made for the house. Temporary

cement or asphalt may be poured for this location due to the heavy equipment and materials needed.

 

THE TEMPORARY BUILDERS QUARTERS AND PARKING:

 

This area will be lit, and security officers will have final say so on all disputes, confrontations, and firings; Only the owner of the house; or the house director's orders will belay the authority of the security officers while under construction. Once estate construction is completely finished, a new authoritative structure of laws and commands will be instituted for the security officers. Inside security officers will have the final say so for all estate matters over outside security forever. Unless there is a breach of Law, or life of the individual is uncertain. There shall be cell phones, Televisions, and other comforts available to the inside of this mobile home, including couches, chairs, beds, and a kitchen, and

restroom and shower facilities.

 

THE WATER SUPPLY:

 

The water supply for the estate will come from an outside source, mostly a municipality, city or possibly a coop. If no existing water is available from the outside, then the underground water tables will be tapped with filtering and purifying measures instituted. All water and sewer lines will be double piped. that is to say, the piping that carries the actual fresh water intake or sewer line outgo,

will be housed inside a larger pipe fitting. This will provide a double barrier system to the water and sewer and will allow protection of the water source from accidental collapse or weathering. One line will fit inside another line, then those two lines will be protected by steel or cement coverings. There will also be a small supply line of fresh water running under ground to the underground sprinkler system and stocked lake in case of drought. The fire dept will be responsible for drafting water from the lake and supplying the house with it, if such emergency needs require it. (Of course it will be feed through the underground filtering system.

 

THE POWER SUPPLY:

 

All electrical and telephone wires and supplies will be under ground. All will be suspended and wrapped and grounded and in-laid inside non-conductive plastic or wood piping as to run from the outside to the house underground, in such as way as not to be tampered with, or be in danger of corrosion/decay or discovery by guests. The power lines and telephones should be such in nature as to run underneath the great perimeter walls and remain underground as long as possible,

so that outside sources, vandels or enemies would not compromise it's position.

There will be 2 diesel powered large engines located underground as a back up supply to outside electrical resources and a large inline series of back up batteries incase the diesel engine/generators fail. There will also be a solar power panel which shall store power into a metering device which will also be used by the estate to cut down on eletrical demands from the outside. At the owners request or preference, there could also be a very small eletrical power station built on the estate underground near the Fire Dept underground facilty which would sustain all of the needs of the estate; being independent of outside resources. Security will have the final say so in matters of maintainence and making sure the house maintains power, and does not lose it's operation (unless overridden by the decision of the director of the house and or owner). The location of this room/area will located underground, just south of the above ground parking garage.

 

THE FUEL DEPOT:

 

There will be two gasoline pumps for guest needing fuel, this will be above ground near the aircraft parking area, and the attendants of this facility will fall under the province and domain of the Fire Dept. The Fire Dept will attend to all refueling of aircraft and ground vehicles 24 hours a day, along with grounding procedures and fire suppression devices at the ready at all times. The storage tanks for the JP4, gasoline, and oil will be underground off a ways from the gas pumps or the aircraft refueling truck.  Aircraft refueling truck shall remain outdoors at all times unless directed by the director of the house, or unless unforseen or weather circumstances compel it's move to the underground aircraft parking area, or driven outside for repair or removal. Grounding procedures will be carefully followed, and if at all possible, there shall be a security officer present with the Fire Dept during all times when fueling/refueling/grounding, or fuel delievery from outside sources.

 

THE UNDERGROUND FOUNDATION WORKS:

 

The underground tunnels, storage areas, and storm shelters will be layed, built and covered before house construction begins. In fact, with the exception of worker interferrence, all non house facilities should be standing and erected and functional before the main frame of the house begins; so that when the house is finished, all things will be finished. The construction material of the underground foundations shall be a combination or sole usage of concrete, steel, rod iron, or hard plastic encasements. The following items shall be considered underground areas. The secret tunnel to outside gate, the tunnel from house to the aft security tower, the pool pumps for both pools, the underground food and supply bunker (monolithic dome), the diesel engine/generator back up power supply and inline battery supply.

The storm shelters, Secondary tunnel to front security officers tower, The underground aircraft parking and Fire Dept facility. The emergency helicopter-helipad elevator hoist located on inside of perimeter wall. Also, water line trenches will be built for estate garden plot, both security officers tower, underground fire dept facility and fuel depot, water lines to all hydrants, and water lines to both pools will be separate from main house water line supplies. All theses trenches will be dug and double encased in pvc tubing and then protected by cement walls.

 

THE UNDERGROUND STORM SHELTERS:

 

Underground storm shelters will located at the back of the estate house, directly south, in the middle of the complex, which can be easily accessed to the rear hallway. The size of the room will be approximately 10 yards wide by 20 yards long, constructed with cement floors fully carpeted, with the walls and ceiling made of monolithic material or stone or very thick wood. The door from the house to the storm shelter will have a panic bar and will be monitored by security. This underground bunker will be furnished with couches, chairs and a table. Lighting will automatically come on when door is opened. Water will also be routed to this area, along with very small vent pipes to the surface, and shall be totally underground, with the top of the shelter itself will be at least 3 feet from the surface.

 

THE UNDERGROUND SECRET PASSAGE WAY:

 

There shall be a long secret tunnel running from the house on the southeast corner all the way to the out perimeter gate. The doorway from the house will be locked with keys only being held by owner, director of the house and inside security staff; and the door shall monitored by the security officers' alarm system. The opening of tunnel will be a steal doors which will come up between the steel eletrifyed fence and the out wall. A knotted rope will be hung from the top of the outer wall fence downward towards the interior of grounds. No subterrainal devices will be within 20 feet near the door, rope, or helipad. There shall be a small two seat helicopter

very near the secret exit which lies between electrifyed fence and outer wall, under ground, with small elevator unit to hoist it above ground when steel doors open. It will be covered by and cammoflauged. Security officers will regularly check it's condition and security. There underground tunnel between the estate house and the outer perimeter will 7 feet in height and 5 feet across. It will be lite with a string of

lights spaced 20 feet apart, and two battery operated golfing carts will be located at the entrance, which will have a recharging cable connected to them from the house. The entrance lobby of the secret passage way connecting to the house will be large enough for both carts to sit side by side, and standing room for 6 occupants. Five very small and very hidden air shafts shall be run from this tunnel to the grounds, but shall not be discovered. The dept of the tunnel shall not exceed

10 foot under the ground, except when conflicts with the runway area if any. As an addendum, the owner or director of the house or both, may use this means of transportation as a regular means of transport if they so desire; but it's chief design is for secret escapes.

 

THE FOUNDATION OF THE HOUSE:

 

The foundation of this great house shall be 2 feet in depth with rod iron and quality

cement used for the house's foundation. There shall be 4 Bibles wrapped in freezer bag type plastic and inlayed into the foundation before it's poured; one at each corner of the house. The foundation cannot be poured until these King James Bibles are in place; so that is house can be physically built upon the word of God.

 

THE POOLS:

 

There shall be 1 indoor pool located inside the estate house on the 1st floor, and 1 indoor outdoor pool which shall begin inside the house and go out into the fitness area. The indoor pool shall be in approximate dimensions of  20 feet long by 15 feet wide, with all the pumps and equipment being outside the house on the south side; hidden and covered. Stewards will be in charge of cleaning and maintainence. The pool room will be cordined off in it's own room as to provide safety and no noises will come from it within the house, as to disturb anyone. Lavish pool side funishings will available with life preservers and scuba gear available for heightened fun. The indoor outdoor pool will begin inside the house near the audience section of the western wall. The swimmers will have to go under water to go from the house to the outside, for the wall of the estate will be flush with the water level. This pool will be in area of 10 foot by 15 foot inside the house, and 20 foot by 30 foot outside the house. There shall be no fixed or moveable barrier inside the pool, but the top of the pool indoors may be capped for security reasons; with a heavy moveable lid. The stewards will be in charge of all maintainence and cleaning of water and pool areas.

 

THE FITNESS AREAS:

 

The fitness area will be a side by side row of activities available to the guests, which will be located on the outside of the house on the western side. An audience guest chamber filled with seats, couches and tables will be able to view the occupants through cut away glass areas. The indoor outdoor pool will also be located here on the most northwest side.

 

THE AIRPORT RUNWAY, PARKING AND FIRE DEPT FACILITY:

The owner is followed by the director of the house and or the acting director of the house. There will be 2 house managers to fulfill the role of host/hostess, scheduler, menu obtainer and executive level house management including bills, deliveries and unexpected incidents. There will be 4 house wards to care for the needs of the guests, 1 for each floor; (a house ward can cover two or even 3 floors if days off, vacation, or sick time occurs to other wards). There will be 25 stewards including all kitchen help, wait staff, laundry staff, stable/pet caretakers and house cleaners, butlers and chefs. Uniformed stewards may step in as acting house wards if necessity compels it so.

The attic will contain a small elevator platform which will contain the helicopter

or fixed wing vertical aircraft. A small portion of the roof will be made to retract, so that the aircraft can land and take off. A retractible windsock will be used and erected during all flight operations. There shall also be located in the attic

helipad area, a NASA type silver individual flight suit with jet pack. This will enable a single man or woman to escape from the top of the estate onto the outer grounds or secret passage way helicopter area, or outside the grounds; as far as the fuel supply will take it.

 

THE ATTIC EMERGENCY ESCAPE UNITS:

 

On each side of the end of the house (west side, east side) there shall be 2 escape chutes. These tubular hollow metal ducts will be accessible from the attic areas on either the west or east side for quick egress to the ground. Running through the middle of the chutes will be a full length rope with knots in it for slower downward evacuation. At the top of the chutes in the attic, these doors will be restricted by a door monitoring device similar to a door panic bar, and will be directly wired to each security tower. At the bottom of the chutes will be room enough for two people to stand up right, and then to exit from a panel wired door to the outside. There shall be two of these chutes on each side of the attic totally 4 all together. The exterior of house  will decorated in such a way as to hide the door lines/cracks.

 

THE LOCATION OF FIRE HYDRANTS:

 

There shall be two fire hydrants located, one on the north side and one on the south side, about 4 foot from the house. These hydrants will be encased in wood or some other design to mask their identity. They will have a dry hose preconnects already attached to them along with a hydrant wrench already in place. Fire Dept personnel will check these once a month of for dry rot and or maintainence. The concept is to provide a large scale quick attack from fully charged pre-connected

1 1/2 hose ready to go as soon as the cammaflouged covering is opened. The pre-connects will be a maxium of 300 feet in length, but can be reduced according to the professional opinion of the Fire Dept. There shall also be the same type of

cloaked fire hydrants (most of which are pre-connects near the runway, aircraft parking, and 1 stand alone near the front gate hidden and masked by the retractable entrance gates. All water lines shall be double jacketed/double piped.

 

THE REDUNDANCY OF SUPPLIES TO EACH OF THE ROOMS IN (HOJ):

 

In each of the bedrooms and all of the bathrooms, there shall be a full array of slippers, housecoats, excessive towels and wash clothes. There shall be hidden out of site, the best of charmin plus rolls of paper, along with every conceiveable toiletry item including blow dryers/hair dryers, rollers, shaving materials for both men and women, deoderants, toothpaste and toothbruhes, many different kind of mouthwash, gum/candy tray for the breath. Shampoos, conditioners, mirrors marble cabinets and fixtures plush carpets and a large whirlpool/sauna in every bedroom's rest area. Supplies are for the lavishing and adorning of ones person.

Stewards will clean and maintain stocks, supplies and levels, along with bath/toilet

and whirlpool/sauna cleaning every day. There will also be european style choice

of sanitary usage, ie. small water hose for washing one's undercarriage after eliminating waste. There shall also be telephones, televisions and sound equipment in every bathroom and every bedroom within the house. Computer/telephone modem lines will also be installed within the confines of every bedroom.

 

THE ELECTRONIC SECURITY DEVICES ON THE ROOF

 

There will be hidden out of site, the solar panel for additional electrical needs; feeding down to the storage or metering device, there will also be radar dishes for the ATC, back up radar dishes for the ATC, weather, and unauthorized fly overs or long range high altitude visitors. If it can be obtained, jamming devices and a set of shoulder launched home defense rockets for any unauthorized or enemy aircraft should be obtained, limit 6. Microwave, Satellite, and all estate antennas and other electronic devices will be installed on the roof in such a way as not to be seen from the ground level.

 

THE WEAPONS DEPOT AND DEFENSIVE MEASURES

 

The weapons depot and defensive equipment will be housed in the aft security tower. Included will be riot gear, pepper spray, bullet proof vests, bullets, various kinds of hand guns, shotguns, and a legally acquired set of assault rifles ie. M-16 class. Entry to this area will be highly restrictive to security officers, director

of the house, and the owner. (And possible the guests of the owner). Access will

by double card access and keys only. Security must and will be present during all entries of this area, with the only exception of the owner/director of the house, and Fire Dept personnel in the official capacity. The defensive measures will consist of personnel protection equipment including tear gas mask and evacuation suits. Other non descript counter terrorist measures and devices and weapons may be brought in at the director's or owners discretion.

THE DECORUM:

 

Each room of each floor will have a different colour and different theme to it if possible. The entry way will be solid marble works, brass, and fine glass and gold

coloured fixtures. The staircase will be of plush carpet and very sturdy railings which would support the weight of a full groan man. The stairs will trail upwards and curve around out of site to the floor to which it's enjoined. The entrance way will be decored with a walk in hat and coat closet and the entire closets will be of cedar wood for fragrance and for the care of the clothing. The front entrance lobby area will be adorned with couches, chairs, mirrors, pictures, flowers and ornaments. All kitchen cabinets and storage areas will be made of cedar or pine, and will be schlaked. Flowers and pictures and marble designed things will be about the whole house, and incense and potporri will scent the house with it's'wonderful aromas.

 

THE OWNERS AND VISITORS MULTI-LEVEL PARKING GARAGE:

 

The 4 tier parking garage will be along side the eastern portion of the house, and built into the framwork of the house; so that from the outside looking onto the estate house, it appears as one big house, but the there will be a driveway leading up to an automated door and guest vehicles may enter in and park in any sport available on levels 1 through 3 and half way on the 4th level. The owners private parking area will be a private driveway just to the left as you enter into the garage

overhead door. An automated camoflauged gate will prevent others from taking that path, but the owner will have access. In the private lower parking area for the owner shall be space for two cars. They will have round rotating platforms to drive

on, thereby allowing them to be mechanically turned with a flick of a switch or remote control. The director of the house may also have access to this private parking. The private parking area will be small but there will be room to drive two vehicles onto the round floor area, and be turned. That room will have a doorway and or corridor that will lead them into the 1st level Art Gallery/Collectors room, and another one that leads them to the center elevator. There will be sufficient ventilation ducts built for both the multi-level garage parking areas and the private owners parking. The construction will be of cement and steal. There shall be rope knotted at each level which shall be boxed in a metal unlocked container to easily throw out the side railing onto the ground for manual egress in case there is an immediate need to leave the each floor of the parking levels. Where appropriate, there shall be moving sidewalks to aid guest from the parking lot levels to main house elevator.

 

THE VEHICLE MAINTAINENCE SHOP:

 

The location of the vehicle maintainence shop will be on the 4th floor of the above ground parking garage at the northern most end. There shall be two staff member mechanics in the employ, with 1 being on call with maxium 1 hour response time.

the 4th floor parking garage will also be used for overflow parking, but the northern most end will be separated off by a chain link fence. The mechanics will have at their disposal, floor jacks, air power lines/tools  portable car lifts or stands.

A full array of tools and diagnostic machines will also be there along with tire repair and or new tires of assorted sizes. Other grounds vehicles may also be serviced and repaired at this location as well.

 

THE HORSE STABLES AND RIDING AREA

 

The horse stables shall be large log cabin house in appearance on the outside,

but shall house 8 stallions on the inside; complete with stocked hay loft and indoor water troufs. Water supply line shall run to the water troufs. This cabin will be the finest log cabin homes and the entry/exit door will be cut away and lie on the west side, out of view of guests entering in from the north entrance. The log cabin stable itself will be located on the corner of the northwest side of the estate house. Furthermore, this log cabin area will be located 50 yards north and 50 yards west of the northwest corner of the estate. Stewards will have their charge in feeding, grooming, watering, and pick up after them. Saddle mounts and ride equipment will be inside and avialable and stewards will be responsible for the dressing and mounting of all horse and riders. (exception clause: experienced riders may mount their own horses). Riding areas will be confined to the eastern and western most portions of the property in the wooded areas. The runway and aircraft parking areas will be off limits except for senior staff and those of whom will be given liberty to. Farming equipment such as tools, fertilizer and all lawn care equipment will be housed in an unseen portion of this Bldg. Foundation depth for this prefab log cabin will not exceed 1 foot. If dogs are desired as pets, let there be a trap door made for them and let them have free course but well trained. Stewards are also responsible for their feeding, water, and grooming. (And picking up after them as well)

 

THE SMALL GARDEN AND FARM PLOT:

 

The intent and purpose of the estate garden is to supply the house with fresh garden vegtables and to provide a source of solace for any of the staff or guests who might want to walk through it or work upon it. It shall be 40 yards by 40 yards with sectioned pathways throughout. Assorted or seasonal crops may be planted and harvested. Stewards will be responsible for weeding, planting, harvesting all yields. A sprinkler line will run to this area for aeromatic watering.

 

THE CHAIN OF COMMAND:

 

The ultimate chain of Command flows from the top to the bottom, thus; God is supreme over all matters and God alone is sovereign over the House of Joanna.

In the sphere of human authority, the following chain of command will be adhered to unless serious injury or death is likely or illegal or immoral requests are exacted upon the paid staff. The owner of the house and or the director of the house shall be the head of all security/construction/management and safety issues. The director of the house will be second in command unless the owner is one and the same person. The inside security officers will be third in command, but only regarding issues of visitor safety, human or animal life and or serious injury to human or animal life; and concerning the physical security of the house itself. Otherwise house managers, wards or stewards will be third in command as it relates to internal house authority. Servants will be in subjection to all legal and moral commands from security, managers, wards, stewards, and the director of the house and the owner of the house. Servants are described as paid staff/employees which are assigned to internal maintainence of the house, kitchen duties, room service, guest aids, cleaning details ect.. and other matters of helps, service, or butler/wait staff. If the owner assumes the role of the director of the house also, he may appoint a "acting" director of the house which would have authority over all, except the owner himself.

STEWARDS-----------BUTLERS, CHIEFS, COOKS, WAIT STAFF, ROOM SERVICE, AND CLEANING CREWS FOR ROOMS HALLWAYS/KITCHEN.

LAUNDRY, VACUUMING, DUSTING, POLISHING, ECT. THEY WILL FUNCTION IN THEIR ASSIGNED CAPACITY CONDUCT THEMSELVES IN A PROFESSIONAL AND MORAL MANNER. THERE WILL NEVER BE ANY ILLEGAL, IMMORAL ACTIVITY CONDUCTED ON THE GROUNDS OR IN THE ESTATE HOUSE OF JOANNA

 

INSIDE SECURITY---------(unless acting as sovereign protectorate from the Lord or owner of the house or director of the house) WILL CONFINE ITS' CONCERNS TO ILLEGAL, IMMORAL, (IMMORALITY IN THIS SENSE IS DEFINED AS THEFT, ARSON, RAPE, SEXUAL ASSAULT, LOUD VULGARITY, DESTRUCTION OF PROPERTY, INDIVIDUAL LEWDNESS, ASSUALT, MURDER) AND SAFETY ISSUES THROUGH VIDEO SURVEILLANCE, PATROL IN APPROVED AREAS, NON INVASIVE SCOUTING PROCEDURES. SECURITY OFFICERS WILL BE AN ARMED POSITION, ASSIGNED TO BE TRAINED IN, AND PROFICIENT AT; AND REQUIRED TO CARRY THE FOLLOWING ITEMS: HAND GUN OF THEIR CHOOSING, (MORE THAN ONE AUTHORIZED) POLICE PEPPER SPRAY, RETRACTABLE STEAL NIGHT STICK, HANDCUFFS, PLASTIC TIE STRANDS. OPTIONAL EQUIPMENT WILL BE HELMUTS SHIELDS AND FLACK JACKETS OR BULLET PROOF VESTS. SECURITY WILL MOVE IN AND OUT OF HOUSE FUNCTIONS AND WILL HAVE CELL PHONES,

PREPS/WALKIE TALKIES AND OR SECRET SERVICE TYPE COMMUNICATION DEVICES.

 

OUTSIDE SECURITY------WILL BE OVER FIRE DEPT STAFF UNLESS THEY ARE IN THE FUNCTION OF THEIR OFFICIAL CAPACITY. OUTSIDE SECURITY OFFICERS WILL BE REQUIRED TO BE DRESSED OUT WITH THE SAME CLOTHING AND EQUIPMENT AS INSIDE SECURITY OFFICERS AND BE USED FOR INTERNAL PURPOSES AS NEEDS ARISE THERE WILL BE NO DIFFERENCE IN THE EQUIPMENT, LOOK, DUTIES OR AUTHORITY FROM INSIDE SECURITY OR OUTSIDE SECURITY WITH THE EXCEPTION OF CHAIN OF COMMAND. THE INSIDE SECURITY HAS THE FINAL SAY ON ALL INTERNAL MATTERS, WHILE THE OUTSIDE SECURITY HAS THE SAY ON ALL OUTSIDE MATTERS, BUT BOTH ARE SUBJECT TO THE OWNER AND THE DIRECTOR OF THE HOUSE, OR THE HOUSE MANAGERS. IF THERE ARE NONE OF THE ABOVE PRESENTLY AT THE HOUSE OF JOANNA, THEN SECURITY WILL BE ABOVE WARDS AND STEWARDS. BUT ONLY IN THE SAFEGUARDING AND SECURITY ISSUES OF THEIR PROVINCE. THEY WILL NOT HAVE AUTHORITY OVER ISSUES OF NON CRIMINAL GUESTS LEAVING, PARTY SCHEDULES, OVERALL OPERATION OF A NORMAL DAY ON THE ESTATE. UNDER LIFE THREATENING CONDITIONS, INVASION, ATTACK, TERRORISM, OR FIRE OR GRAVE INCIDENCES, SECURITY WILL HANDLE ALL AUTHORITY OF SECURITY AND SAFEGUARDING

UNTIL RELIEVED BY HIGHER AUTHORITY STAFF. UNLESS FIRE DEPT OPERATIONS ARE ILLEGAL OR IMMORAL, SECURITY WILL NOT HAVE AUTHORITY OVER FIRE DEPT PERSONNEL IN THE FUNCTION OF THEIR DUTIES. FIRE DEPT PERSONNEL HAVE NO AUTHORITY IN HOUSE OF JOANNA EXCEPT IN THE OFFICIAL CAPACITY OF THEIR DUITES, BUT THE MUST COMPLY WITH EMERGENCY DIRECTIVES FROM THE OWNER, DIRECTOR OF THE HOUSE AND IN RARE CASE INVOLVING CONFLICT OF INTERESTS, WITH SECURITY. THAT IS TO SAY IN THE CONFLICT WITH INTERNAL SECURITY LIFE THREATENING ISSUES AND THE FIRE DEPT CAPACITY OF FULFILLING THEIR TASKS,

THE INSIDE OR OUTSIDE SECURITY OFFICERS WORD WOULD PREVAIL.
